Do I need a printer or barcode scanner?
No. Your phone is enough. Receipts are digital (share via WhatsApp or QR). The phone camera works as the barcode scanner.
Will it work without internet?
Yes. Saauda is a PWA — you can keep billing even during power cuts or when your internet is down. Data syncs automatically when you're back online.
How do customers pay via UPI?
After each bill, Saauda auto-generates a UPI QR code. Customer scans it with PhonePe, GPay, Paytm, or any UPI app and pays instantly.
Can I put a bill on baki / khata?
Yes. Tap the Baki button at checkout to assign the bill to a regular customer's tab. Saauda tracks every customer's running balance and reminds you when udhaar gets old.
Can my staff use it too?
Yes. You can invite up to 3 staff accounts on the Kirana Pro plan. Each has their own login. You see who billed what.
